About

We believe every act of compassion — big or small — creates a ripple of change.

We are a kindness-first nonprofit that brings people together to uplift, support, and empower our communities.

I thrive to build a youth formation ecosystem that integrates skill, service, and long-term societal contribution.

hUmankind is a compassion-driven nonprofit dedicated to uplifting our communities through kindness in action. We support youth, empower volunteers, and create human-centered initiatives that bring hope, dignity, and connection to those who need it most.
— Founder
  • To make kindness structured, skill-based, and community-centered by equipping youth to serve through practical action.

  • A generation of young leaders who understand that service is hands-on, disciplined, and woven into everyday life.

  • hUmankind is currently in its foundational phase and is pursuing fiscal sponsorship under an established 501(c)(3) organization while assembling a founding advisory board.

What We Do

hUmankind is a Cambridge-based youth service initiative that equips youth with practical culinary skills while transforming every class into direct community impact.

Through structured cooking programs, youth prepare nutritious meals that are safely packaged and donated to local partners serving neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

Meet the Founder

Samantha Diaz
Founder & Executive Director

I founded hUmankind to build a structured pathway for youth to develop practical life skills while serving neighbors with dignity.

Our goal is to expand and transform hUmankind into multiple immersive programs. I believe service should be tangible, disciplined, and community-rooted.
