What the Role Encompasses..

  • Youth Mentor

    Support youth participants through skill-building sessions, personal development conversations, and support.

  • Kitchen Support

    Assist with meal prep, food handling, coordination and supports instructional activities.

  • Leadership Presence

    Support supervision, safety monitoring, and structured engagement during programming.

  • Event Staffing

    Assist with event setup, check-in, coordination, breakdown, and guest support during community initiatives.

  • Community Partnership & Support

    Build relationships with clients, organizations, and community through engagement at sessions & cohorts.

  • Logistics & Operations

    Assist with inventory, program materials, scheduling coordination, and process improvement.
